What we collect

When you make a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the house and dates you reserve, the number of guests, your expected arrival time and any message you add. We also record when the reservation was made and any changes to it.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your reservation, prepare the house, contact you about your stay (including a reminder before you arrive) and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the Zoey Homes team, through a password-protected dashboard. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider.

Analytics

Analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Your browser may also store your reservation code and private link on your device so you can open your reservation again; you can clear this with your browser settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep reservation records only as long as needed for the stay and our accounts. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing bookings@zoeyhomes.com.
