Reservations

Reservations made on this website are confirmed instantly for the whole house you choose. You receive a reservation code and a confirmation email. Each house sleeps up to the number of guests shown when you book.

Payment

Nothing to pay now. Payment is made on arrival, in cash or by mobile money (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas or Airtel Money). We will share the payment details with you.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Stays are between 1 night and 30 nights; contact us for longer stays. Reservations open 365 days ahead.

Cancellation

You can cancel online from your reservation page up to 48 hours before check-in time. After that, please contact us directly. As nothing is paid online, there is nothing to refund for online cancellations. We may cancel a reservation that we cannot verify (for example, unreachable contact details), and we will tell you if we do.
